- Stanford Ave Boutique offers EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return items to Stanford Ave Boutique to receive store credit and or to exchange. After the 7th day the order is considered final sale. No Exceptions.
- Items should only be returned if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. No Exceptions.
- Sale items, accessories, bodysuits, & swimsuits are FINAL SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and cost.
- Store Credits are eligible for use 14 days after being issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In order to get your package to our warehouse so we can process your return please follow these steps:
1.Please review our Return Policy before returning your merchandise to ensure it meets all the guidelines. Ensure you are returning within 7 days from the delivery date. If item is sent back after 7days, we will send it back.
2.Email email@example.com for return. Exchange/Store Credit will not be processed if email is not on file within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following in email in order to ensure your return is processed in timely manner.
